As always, the holidays continue to sneak up on us don’t they?

As of today, Christmas is only 34 days away. What happens? Well, there’s Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday (Cyber Week in some places), Advent weekly, and shopping everyday until then. The hype, the lure, the hook, line and sinker to get us into the stores and on the computer. We’ve all been there each and every year. It’s a love affair with commercialism and business. 

What’s the real deal about it all? Time to share time with family, friends and yes, strangers as well. But the real deal is celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ! Yes! In spite of all the things surrounding the holidays, least we forget what the reason for the season really is!!
